A Certified Bowen Technique Senior Instructor and Advanced Bowen Practitioner, accredited member of The North American Society of Homeopaths (NASH) and a Certified Classical Homeopath by the Council for Homeopathic Certification (CHC). Damonte is a founding member of the Canadian Council for Homeopathic Certification and was the founder of Bowen Canada the Canadian Registry of The Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia. Also, helped the formation of the first Canadian Equine Bowen Instruction, Equi-Bow™ Canada.

Damonte currently teaches the Bowen Technique across Canada as well as maintaining a busy practice in Vancouver, Canada. He is active in many volunteer roles related to his profession and remains instrumental in the growth and success of the Bowen Technique in Canada. His practice provides a rich source of experience to bring to his enthusiastic and encouraging teaching style. For his patients he teaches a course in acute prescribing of homeopathic medicine for families.

Damonte treats many patients suffering from chronic pain and multi-symptomed diseases with an approach that utilizes the Bowen Technique for almost all of his patients’ structural and postural problems, followed by homeopathy and if necessary or applicable a dietary and nutritional approach to disease prevention. He assesses a patients' needs for these through in-depth assessments.

His father John Damonte was a renowned British Homeopath and is credited with the current resurgence of homeopathy in Britain. Damonte’s background in Homeopathy and Orthomolecular Medicine* led him to study and practice the Bowen Technique with the Bowen Theapy Academy of Australia, he holds a diploma from the Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine. He has studied with the Bombay School of Homeopathy, Massimo Mangiolavori, The New England School of Homeopathic Medicine, amongst others.
